Summer Arts Jobs gives you the chance to get paid, build skills, and express yourself through creative work. At MissionSAFE, you’ll take part in hands-on arts projects, gain real job experience, and build confidence that can help you in school, future work, and whatever comes next.
Along the way, you’ll strengthen skills like communication, teamwork, time management, and problem solving. You’ll be supported by mentors and peers, explore your creativity, and learn how to bring your ideas to life. By the end of the program, you’ll leave with paid work experience, stronger skills, and more direction for your future.
Junior Arts Leadership
Get paid to create, collaborate, and build skills that matter. The Junior Arts Leader program gives youth a chance to explore creative work while gaining real experience, confidence, and support in a positive environment.

• School Year 2025–2026
• 10 hours per week
• $15 per hour -
Junior Arts Leaders take part in hands-on creative activities across areas like music, design, painting, fashion, podcasting, and performance. Through these experiences, you’ll build new skills, explore your interests, and find new ways to express your ideas and experiences.
You’ll work alongside peers in a supportive environment where collaboration, creativity, and respect matter. The program also includes reflection and skill-building that helps you grow your confidence, strengthen communication, and learn how to manage challenges. By the end of the program, you’ll have real experience, new skills, and a stronger sense of what you want to do next.

Creative Arts Leadership
Step into a leadership role where creativity meets impact. The Creative Arts Leader program gives young adults the chance to guide, mentor, and create while building real leadership experience and earning income.

Creative Arts Leadership connects youth and young adults to paid creative work, leadership development, and real-world experience in a supportive community. Participants explore areas like music, design, fashion, painting, podcasting, and performance while building practical skills in communication, teamwork, and problem solving.
Youth participants focus on developing their creativity, confidence, and voice through hands-on learning, while young adult leaders guide and mentor others, building leadership and career-ready skills. Across both roles, the program emphasizes collaboration, reflection, and personal growth, helping participants better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and stay focused on their goals.
By the end of the program, participants leave with real work experience, stronger connections, and a clearer path toward education, training, or employment.
