Permanent HOME
for MissionSAFE!
We have a once in a decade opportunity to purchase 222 Bowdoin Street, Dorchester (a building that is 2.5 times the size of our current two rentals) at a below market price
It will hold double the youth we work with at any one time
It will allow us to be a resource for parents and the community
It has a large kitchen to feed and teach cooking and nutrition to youth.
It has large and small rooms for gathering, workshops, one-on-ones, art projects and staff offices.
It has room for showers & washer/dryers, as well as a large freezer, in the finished basement for our unhoused and couch-surfing youth, as well as for program needs.
A signed Purchase & Sale agreement
A mortgage pre-commitment from Salem Five Bank
A team of pro—bono architects from world-renowned architectural firm, Stantec
Two pro—bono attorneys from Dechert LLC Law firm
We need $250,000
by August 14 in order
to close & take title.
If you can pitch in, no matter how big or small, please do!

From youth voices to community champions, the evening reflected what happens when people come together to Unlock Potential, Build Safer Futures, and Build Resilience.
The room was filled with energy, pride, and purpose as supporters, partners, and young people celebrated MissionSAFE’s impact and the future we are building together.
