MissionSAFE’s Futures programs work year-round with young adults age 14-24 who have “stalled” dropped out of school; are un- or underemployed; have experienced Chronic Complex Trauma (CCT); or have experienced violence, gang or court involvement, incarceration or other forms of failure to thrive.

We work with them using a wraparound, holistic approach involving individual work plus work with peers, family, and school. We use intensive case management, and while working with youth in the context of their whole lives, also provide individualized support using our trauma-informed model. Along with personal growth and life skills, Futures also focuses on job readiness and skills learning through the following experiences: InVeST NOW (19-24), Grid4Good (16-24), Futures Plus (14-18), Behind the Walls, and Violence Intervention.
